My Companions and Ladies,

I would like to welcome you to our 105th Grand Convocation to be held September 20 and 21, 2024, at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre, 101 Gordon Street, Nanaimo. Some functions will take place at the Ashlar Masonic Hall, 101 Commercial Street – one block from the Conference Centre.
We have reserved rooms at a special rate of $199 + tax at the Courtyard by Marriot, a new hotel at 100 Gordon Street, directly across the street from the Conference Center. Call (250) 824-2705 and ask for the Royal Arch Masons’ Rate. If you prefer, there are two other hotels within easy walking distance: Best Western Dorchester at 70 Church Street, and Coast Bastion at 11 Bastion Street.
