Welcome to Grand Chapter

Affirmation Sunday, Sunday, 27 October 2024

Affirmation Sunday Invitation | Sunday, 27 October 2024

This will be the first in-person Affirmation Sunday since COVID, and the Companions in Washington State have gone to great lengths to ensure it’s a success. I’ve had the pleasure of attending this event in the past, and it’s a wonderful way to express Brotherly Love and Friendship with our Washington State Companions.

There are few better ways for a Royal Arch Mason to spend part of a Sunday.

As an extra bonus, our very own VEC Calvin Jonas will serve as Chaplain, representing The Grand Chapter of BC and Yukon. Families, friends, Masons, and especially Royal Arch Masons from our Jurisdiction are all invited. Elected and appointed Grand Chapter Officers are particularly encouraged to attend. Please remember to wear your appropriate regalia (aprons and collars).

After the Christian service and ceremony at the Peace Arch on the US side of the park, snacks will be provided.

I look forward to seeing as many of our BC & Yukon Companions as possible so that we can all enjoy a day of fellowship with our Washington State Companions at Peace Arch Park, Blaine, Washington.

For convenience, parking is available on the Canadian side, allowing you to walk through Peace Arch Park to the event without crossing the border by car.
